Minitu Community Guidelines

Core Rules

• Be real. Use honest profile information and do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, humiliation, manipulation, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Respect consent and boundaries. Stop personal, sexual, or repeated messages when someone declines or does not respond.
• Keep Minitu adult-only. Do not use Minitu if you are under 18, and do not contact, sexualize, exploit, or endanger minors.
• Use your own media. Upload only photos or audio you own or have permission to use.
• Label synthetic media honestly. Do not use AI-generated or edited content to impersonate, deceive, defraud, or misrepresent a real person.
• Protect privacy. Do not share addresses, government IDs, financial information, private contact details, intimate media, or personal data without consent.
• Treat manual translations as helpful context, not certainty. If translated text feels unclear, check View Original or ask respectfully.
• Use safety tools. Report, block, hide, or mute when something feels unsafe or unwanted.

Not Allowed

• Sexual solicitation, pornography, explicit sexual content, nudity, coercion, fetish solicitation, or pressure for personal or sexual interaction.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of a minor, age deception, trafficking, exploitation, or any unsafe contact involving a minor.
• Hate, discrimination, dehumanizing language, violent threats, terrorism or extremist praise, or encouragement of suicide or serious self-harm.
• Scams, spam, deceptive commercial solicitation, fake profiles, phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, money requests, or unsafe transactions.
• Doxxing, blackmail, stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or attempts to evade blocks and moderation.
• Sale or promotion of illegal or regulated drugs, weapons, trafficking services, or other unlawful goods or conduct.
• Instructions for serious harm, credible real-world threats, graphic violence used to shock or glorify harm, or content that puts people at immediate risk.
• Scraping, publishing, selling, or using another user's personal information without a lawful basis and permission.

Profiles, Photos, And Voice

Profiles should represent you honestly. Photos should show appropriate, non-explicit content that you have the right to upload. Voice messages should follow the same rules as text messages. Reported photos, messages, and voice-related content may be reviewed by moderation.

Synthetic Practice Profiles

Minitu's fictional practice profiles are visibly labeled as synthetic. They help users learn discovery, gallery, and language controls, are not real members, and cannot form a real-world relationship. Some provide a limited, predetermined language exercise; none is an open-ended chatbot. Users may not remove or imitate those labels, represent a synthetic profile as a real person, or use synthetic media to mislead others.

Enforcement

Minitu may take one or more of these actions when content or behavior appears unsafe or violates these guidelines:

• Limit visibility of a profile, photo, message, post, or comment.
• Hide or remove content from active app surfaces.
• Restrict messaging or social actions.
• Warn the user or require profile, age, photo, or account review.
• Preserve limited safety records when needed to protect users, enforce rules, comply with law, or respond to store review obligations.
• Suspend, disable, or remove an account in severe or repeated cases.
• Report suspected child exploitation, credible threats, trafficking, or other unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required or permitted.

Appeals And Questions

If you believe moderation action was a mistake, contact support@minitu.app with your account email, a short explanation, and any relevant context. A person will review eligible appeals. Minitu may not be able to discuss another user's account, confidential detection methods, or a private safety report.
